What you will do

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and software applications.
• Manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary maintenance and upgrades.
• Conduct regular backups and implement data recovery plans to safeguard against data loss.
• Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement security measures against cyber threats.
• Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in system administration roles.
• Proficiency in operating systems including Windows and Linux/Unix.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization, cloud computing, and storage systems.
• Experience with network protocols, security, and troubleshooting methodologies.
