What you will do
- Serve as the primary client contact, leading performance reviews, strategic planning, and quarterly business reviews.
- Own the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Translate performance data into clear insights, recommendations, and optimization plans.
- Oversee timelines, workflows, and deliverables across a diverse portfolio of accounts.
- Partner with media, creative, SEO, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, including Account Coordinators and Strategists.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Phoenix, Arizona for hybrid work.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in digital marketing or account management.
- Strong experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with paid media platforms is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead client conversations and manage complex project lifecycles.
Nice to have
- Agency experience.
- Experience working with ecommerce and/or B2B clients.
- Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Meta Ads, and ClickUp.
