What you will do

• Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and quality standards to ensure asset-related data integrity.
• Identify and document critical data elements, including metadata, lineage, and business rules for in-scope systems.
• Coordinate the resolution of data integrity gaps in collaboration with the Enterprise Architecture team.
• Create and execute communication plans to ensure data owners and stewards understand governance strategies.
• Perform structured requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation to support automated systems.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to less-experienced team members.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of eight years of related experience, including at least two years of managerial experience.
• Extensive experience in information management, data governance, and/or records management programs.
• Significant experience writing formal policies and procedures.
• Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers and vendors.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Vancouver, BC.
