What you will do

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for Shopify clients, including performance audits and roadmaps.
  • Lead CRO efforts across the full funnel, from landing pages and product pages to checkout flows.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships, conducting regular check-ins and roadmap reviews.
  • Coordinate with Shopify developers and external specialists in SEO, paid media, and CRM.
  • Oversee delivery for the development team to ensure they have the correct context and priorities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on case studies and pitch materials.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in eCommerce growth, CRO, and funnel optimization.
  • Deep familiarity with Shopify or Shopify Plus.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in analytical tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage your own priorities.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing client relationships in an agency or freelance environment.
  • UX/UI design skills applied to eCommerce.
  • Hands-on Shopify development experience (Liquid, custom themes, or app integrations).
  • Knowledge of Paid Media (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and SEO for eCommerce.
  • Experience with CRM and email marketing tools like Klaviyo.
