What you will do
- Define and lead the product marketing strategy, including positioning, target segments, and growth priorities.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product marketers to elevate execution standards.
- Own and evolve the go-to-market (GTM) strategy to drive acquisition and expansion across channels.
- Develop differentiated positioning and messaging based on customer and competitive insights.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Demand Generation to drive measurable pipeline impact.
- Elevate sales enablement and customer storytelling to strengthen market presence.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing.
- 3–5+ years of experience in product marketing within ecommerce or digital commerce.
- Proven experience executing GTM strategies with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership.
- Experience leading or mentoring team members.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect insights to business outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience in enterprise technology, particularly AI-driven platforms.
- Experience influencing executive stakeholders and contributing to company-level strategy.
- Strong analytical mindset to tie initiatives to revenue impact.
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts.
