What you will do

• Manage and resolve website support queries and troubleshoot data issues related to product information, pricing, and inventory.
• Lead user testing (UAT) for the website and its various third-party integrations across the organization.
• Oversee the day-to-day execution and delivery of BAU development sprints and maintain the product backlog.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Buying, and Creative teams to scope and deliver new features to support product launches and campaigns.
• Create and maintain process documentation and how-to guides for internal teams and external partners.
• Contribute to UX, scoping, and road-mapping workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience with enterprise-level e-commerce platforms.
• Proven experience in project management, including scoping, planning, and managing development backlogs.
• Strong experience working with complex product data, including enrichment, attribute management, and taxonomy.
• Ability to investigate and resolve web-related technical issues autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with both technical and operational stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK.
