What you will do

• Execute precision machining operations and CNC programming using CAM systems.
• Create, repair, or alter a wide variety of complex parts, fixtures, and assemblies from various materials.
• Plan job layout, including fixturing and tooling selection.
• Maintain extremely tight tolerances between .0001 and .0002.
• Perform rigorous inspection and quality control of all completed work.
• Collaborate with Design Draftsmen and Manufacturing Engineers to resolve technical issues and optimize solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a diversified machinist, specifically with Swiss Lathes (Star Machines preferred).
• Proficiency in G & M Codes.
• Ability to understand and apply technical work instructions in English.
• Must be authorized to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
