What you will do

• Set up and operate various CNC multi-axis machining centers according to production schedules.
• Edit and interpret CNC programs to ensure efficient part fabrication.
• Fabricate and assemble jigs, fixtures, and tooling for manufacturing processes.
• Analyze CMM inspection reports to verify adherence to specifications and drawings.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineering teams on new project concepts.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment remains in safe and operable condition.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without restriction.
• 5+ years of experience in CNC machining.
• Proven experience setting up and running 5-Axis machining centers.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret Solidworks or other CAD drawings.
• 2-year degree or certificate in a related field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Experience setting up and running Mazak machining centers.
• Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Advanced computer skills.
