What you will do

• Manage and maintain high-value VIP client relationships as the primary point of contact.
• Provide personalized service and proactive communication to maximize user engagement.
• Monitor client activity and performance metrics to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies focused on increasing client retention and lifetime value.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Payments, Risk, Marketing, and Support to handle escalations.
• Track and report on KPIs related to reactivation, retention, and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1).
• Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Account Manager, or VIP Manager.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret client data to drive revenue.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Based in Colombia.
