What you will do
- Manage and maintain high-value VIP client relationships as the primary point of contact.
- Provide personalized service and proactive communication to maximize user engagement.
- Monitor client activity and performance metrics to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies focused on increasing client retention and lifetime value.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Payments, Risk, Marketing, and Support to handle escalations.
- Track and report on KPIs related to reactivation, retention, and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
- Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1).
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Account Manager, or VIP Manager.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret client data to drive revenue.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Based in Colombia.
