What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth customers to foster loyalty, retention, and increased lifetime value.
• Provide top-tier customer service and act as the primary point of contact across all available channels.
• Target customers at strategic lifecycle points (new, churning, returning) to drive growth and activity.
• Plan and host local and global Key Account events, including sporting events, luxury dinners, and entertainment outings.
• Analyze customer behaviors and preferences to develop tailored growth strategies.
• Collaborate with the CRM team to optimize customer communications via Telegram and WhatsApp.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or other relevant fields.
• Professional experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Native Spanish speaker and excellent command of English.
• Must be based in Lima, Peru.
• Willingness to travel and work outside of regular office hours.

• Prior experience in key customer management.
