What you will do
- Build and scale the VIP Account Management function from the ground up for the iGaming product.
- Develop and implement end-to-end VIP retention strategies and loyalty programs.
- Directly manage a portfolio of high-net-worth VIP players to increase LTV and satisfaction.
- Define KPIs, reporting structures, and operational workflows for the VIP department.
- Analyze player activity and data trends to identify growth opportunities and prevent churn.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to design exclusive VIP offers and events.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Account Management experience specifically within the iGaming industry.
- Deep understanding of iGaming product mechanics and player psychology.
- Proven expertise in managing high-value portfolios and providing bespoke customer service.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable retention strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation skills, and high emotional intelligence.
