What you will do

• Manage relationships with VIP and high-value clients as the primary point of contact.
• Provide personalized service and monitor client activity and performance metrics.
• Develop strategies to increase client retention and lifetime value.
• Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue.
• Handle complex client escalations and coordinate with Payments, Risk, and Marketing departments.
• Track KPIs related to retention, reactivation, and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (mandatory)
• English: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced (B2/C1)
• Previous experience as an Account Manager, VIP Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret client data.
• Experience in iGaming, fintech, or online services (preferred).
