What you will do
- Manage relationships with VIP and high-value clients as the primary point of contact.
- Provide personalized service and monitor client activity and performance metrics.
- Develop strategies to increase client retention and lifetime value.
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue.
- Handle complex client escalations and coordinate with Payments, Risk, and Marketing departments.
- Track KPIs related to retention, reactivation, and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (mandatory)
- English: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced (B2/C1)
- Previous experience as an Account Manager, VIP Manager, or in a similar role.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret client data.
- Experience in iGaming, fintech, or online services (preferred).
