What you will do

• Perform market research on payment methods and eCommerce landscapes across various markets.
• Analyze competitor payment flows, limits, and providers to identify strategic opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with payment and service providers in target markets.
• Negotiate favorable commercial terms and lead the onboarding and merchant application processes.
• Develop and own the billing strategy, including long-term goals and execution plans.
• Manage and mentor the business development team.

Requirements

• Advanced English (C1) with strong business communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Development within the PSP/payments industry.
• 1+ year of team leadership experience.
• Experience communicating with international partners and C-level stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of online payment systems, KYC, AML, and compliance procedures.
• Must be based in Europe and ready for regular international business travel.
