TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $55 – $60 per hour

What you will do

  • Plan and organize internal events, including venue booking, vendor hiring, and transportation logistics.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and executives to align on event goals, budgets, and specifications.
  • Negotiate contracts with caterers, A/V providers, and hospitality staff to meet budgetary objectives.
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown to ensure quality and compliance with regulations.
  • Handle post-event evaluations, invoice reviews, and payment approvals.
  • Manage the Employee Experience events inbox and communication templates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality, corporate events, or event management.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of projects and vendors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting multiple events of varying sizes simultaneously.
  • Onsite event experience is a must (though no onsite support is required for this specific assignment).
