What you will do

  • Own end-to-end office operations, including supplies, mail, and facility management for a 5,000m² space.
  • Design and execute culture rituals, monthly after-parties, and onboarding experiences for new employees.
  • Coordinate global events such as All Hands and BackCon for both on-site and online participants.
  • Lead internal communications via weekly briefings, Slack channels, and Confluence pages.
  • Develop and track the annual office and events budget while negotiating with vendors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Workplace Manager, or in a similar operational role.
  • Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal) is required.
  • Solid budget management skills, including expense tracking and procurement.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Confluence.
  • Must be based in Paris, France to support the hybrid on-site model.

  • Experience in internal event planning and culture programming.
  • Comfort with facilitating and presenting in front of groups.
