TL;DR

Brand Storyteller (Content Marketing): Own Tulip’s editorial strategy and content programs that connect thought leadership and sales enablement to pipeline and revenue outcomes, with an accent on AI-assisted editorial workflows and performance measurement. Focus on building end-to-end content operations, partnering across Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, and Creative, and using data to improve what converts and what Sales actually uses.

Location: Somerville, MA (hybrid; in the office 3+ days/week)

Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own Tulip’s content strategy: editorial calendar, formats, distribution approach, and the performance framework linking content to pipeline.
  • Create and scale high-quality content across thought leadership, customer stories, campaign assets, social, and sales enablement; manage agency and freelance contributors.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate vertical positioning and launch narratives into buyer-facing content.
  • Develop campaign content with Demand Generation to drive net-new pipeline and measure sourced/influenced revenue contribution.
  • Build sales enablement content reps actually use and own content for flagship moments (e.g., Hannover Messe, Operations Calling, customer events, major product launches).
  • Design AI-assisted editorial workflows (research pipelines, drafting systems, repurposing, distribution automation) and set standards for where human judgment is irreplaceable.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of B2B SaaS or technical content marketing experience with a portfolio covering thought leadership, campaign content, and full-funnel programs.
  • Proven ability to own a content program end to end and connect it to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong editorial instincts and writing craft, able to write for both VP of Operations and SDR audiences.
  • Experience partnering with Product Marketing and Demand Gen to translate positioning into content that performs in the sales motion.
  • Demonstrated use of AI to materially change content output or economics (not just personal productivity).
