Salary: $172,630 - $258,950

What you will do

• Lead the organization in delivering data foundation solutions for Physical AI and autonomy.
• Define strategies, processes, methodologies, and best practices for data architecture activities.
• Establish scalable data patterns for the full AI lifecycle, including collection, ingestion, quality, and governance.
• Manage architecture projects and maintain customer relationships to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with perception, robotics, and simulation teams to ensure seamless data flow into AI ecosystems.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive career in software engineering and architecture with a focus on data.
• 5+ years of experience in team leadership, management, and budget responsibility.
• Expert knowledge of data architecture, domain modeling, and the ability to design integration blueprints.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML data requirements, including training datasets, feature engineering, and vector data.
• Experience designing cloud and on-premise data platforms for massive telemetry and streaming data.
• Must be able to work full-time onsite in Irving, TX.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of machine telemetry, sensor data, and edge-to-cloud architectures.
• Experience with agentic AI and human-in-the-loop solution design.
• Familiarity with digital twins and simulation data.
