Salary: $85,700–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Deliver actionable insights by analyzing game features, mechanics, and business priorities.
• Develop business cases and narratives using effective data storytelling and hypothesis-driven decision-making.
• Act as a bridge between data teams and business stakeholders in Product, Marketing, and Commercial departments.
• Create diverse outputs including reports, visualizations, charts, and tables tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Provide benchmarking and comparison points across the hirify.global portfolio to evaluate business performance.
• Identify new measurement methods and build scalable self-service data tools.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering insights and analysis across Product, Commercial, or Marketing functions.
• Profound knowledge in SQL.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to make complex data understandable and actionable.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on measuring and improving business operations.
• Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Passion for video games, particularly sports titles.

Nice to have

• Experience in data modeling.
• Proficiency in data science languages such as Python or R.
