What you will do

  • Drive consistent revenue growth across major partners while maintaining a customer-first approach.
  • Own partner and customer outcomes, including NPS, churn (targeting <5%), and long-term customer success.
  • Lead and develop a Major PAM team (3–6), setting expectations for planning, execution, and accountability.
  • Run annual planning and high-impact QBRs with major partners, ensuring measurable plans tied to growth and customer outcomes.
  • Own forecasting accuracy and pipeline quality, providing clear visibility into risks and opportunities to leadership.
  • Act as an executive sponsor for key deals and represent partner needs internally to influence programs, product, and go-to-market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of people leadership experience in partner management, account management, or similar roles.
  • Experience working with complex B2B solutions; ERP experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven expertise managing and growing strategic partner relationships, including executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong operator skills in planning, forecasting, and driving accountability.
  • Ability to work effectively at the executive level with both internal leadership and partner executives.
