TL;DR

Solutions Engineer (AI): Leading technical pre-sales and integration scoping for an AI-driven customer journey platform with an accent on API-first integrations and complex POC execution. Focus on bridging the gap between commercial strategy and technical feasibility while driving product adoption for consumer brands.

Location: Must be able to overlap with EST hours and travel to NYC for in-person collaboration.

What you will do

  • Own the technical side of deals from first demo through integration scoping and multi-week POC trials.
  • Build and test custom integrations, validating OAuth and webhook flows using Postman.
  • Draft and price Statements of Work for custom configurations and integration requirements.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to map prospect stacks and propose viable workarounds.
  • Act as a feedback conduit between the field and the product/engineering teams to influence the roadmap.
  • Train internal GTM teams on demoing the platform and maintaining demo assets.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Solutions or Sales Engineer in B2B SaaS.
  • Genuine fluency with APIs, webhooks, and OAuth.
  • Hands-on experience building and testing integrations.
  • Working knowledge of the e-commerce CX stack (Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, etc.).
  • Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be able to overlap with EST hours and travel to NYC periodically.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience configuring or selling LLM/AI agent products.
  • Contact-center experience (Genesys, Dixa).
  • Experience writing and pricing custom-integration SOWs.
  • Light front-end comfort (JS chat-widget embedding).
