What you will do

• Resolve customer issues across product, workflow, and technical support queues.
• Troubleshoot AI agents, call flows, and booking workflows using logs and SQL.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to escalate bugs and document technical patterns.
• Communicate technical resolutions clearly to a range of customers, from SMBs to enterprise accounts.
• Define and improve support processes, documentation, and quality standards as the company scales.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical support, product support, or solutions engineering.
• Strong ability to investigate system behavior using logs and ticketing tools like Zendesk.
• Experience working directly with customers to resolve ambiguous technical issues.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Lehi, Utah.
• Deep interest in AI products and ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, JavaScript, APIs, or light scripting.
• Background in VoIP, communications, or workflow automation products.
• Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise SaaS customers.
