Salary: $180,000 – $240,000 OTE + Equity

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, from scoping the integration to production deployment.
• Build hands-on integrations using real customer data to solve blocking technical issues.
• Perform technical discovery to diagnose whether failures are due to usage, bugs, or product gaps.
• Collaborate with revenue teams to drive adoption and account expansion.
• Act as the technical voice for customers, feeding field insights back to product and engineering.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Implementation, Solutions, or Forward-Deployed Engineering).
• Proven ability to read code, utilize APIs, and build functional integrations.
• Track record of taking customers from signed contracts to live production environments.
• Ability to differentiate between user error, software bugs, and product gaps.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
