Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Dublin, Ohio (4 days/week in-office required)

Salary: $63,000–$107,000 Annually

What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain passive candidate pipelines and talent communities via social media and recruiting platforms.
• Develop influential relationships with field leadership and HR business partners to align on staffing priorities.
• Research and implement cost-effective sourcing strategies and support local hiring events.
• Maintain ATS records and initiate background check processes for new hires.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0–2 years of related recruiting experience.
• Strong ability to build strategic partnerships and network effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Federal and State employment legislation.
• Must be able to work in the office at the Restaurant Support Center in Dublin, OH at least 4 days a week.
