What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure using automation tools.
• Break down complex system designs to identify functional and nonfunctional cloud infrastructure requirements.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, GDPR, and FedRAMP.
• Automate cloud infrastructure on GCP and other providers using Infrastructure as Code.
• Reduce operational toil by automating repetitive cloud operations into self-service workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in public cloud platforms (GCP or AWS) for large-scale operations.
• 5+ years of experience managing cloud through Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and GitOps (GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Jenkins).
• 2+ years of experience with programming/scripting languages such as Go, Python, or Shell.
• 2+ years of experience establishing observability systems and leading incident management for high availability (99.9%+ uptime).
• Must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience specifically in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) with deep knowledge of Kubernetes internals.
• Familiarity with IaC actuation tools like Atlantis or Terraform Cloud.
• Experience managing complex distributed systems in a public cloud environment.
