What you will do

• Manage monthly and annual tax filings (CIT, VAT, WHT) across Colombia, Mexico, Panama, and Peru.
• Coordinate and review work performed by external tax advisors.
• Lead responses to tax audits, inquiries, and regulatory requests.
• Provide tax guidance to internal stakeholders across Finance, Product, and Operations.
• Lead and develop the regional tax team.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 6+ years of tax compliance experience, including 3+ years in a Big 4 firm or multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of Colombian tax regulations.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Experience in FinTech, payments, or financial services.

• Experience with Mexico, Peru, or Panama tax compliance.
