We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join a fast-growing IT / Tech company and play a key role in its next stage of growth.
This is a strategic leadership role for a CFO who combines strong finance leadership, investment expertise, and the ability to act as a trusted business partner to the CEO and shareholders.

Key Responsibilities
✔️Lead the company's financial strategy and support key business decisions.
✔️Build and scale the finance function, including accounting, tax, treasury, FP&A, reporting, and financial controls.
✔️Establish budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and cash flow management processes.
✔️Lead financial modeling, business valuation, and investment analysis.
✔️Support M&A transactions, financial due diligence, and corporate development initiatives.
✔️Manage relationships with investors, shareholders, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
✔️Support fundraising activities and preparation for future pre-IPO / IPO opportunities.
✔️Drive operational efficiency, tax optimization, and financial governance across the business.

Requirements
✔️10+ years of experience as a CFO or Finance Director.
✔️Proven experience building and scaling finance functions.
✔️Strong expertise in Russian accounting, taxation, statutory reporting, and end-to-end financial management.
✔️Hands-on experience in financial modeling, valuation, investment analysis, M&A, and due diligence.
✔️Experience working with investors, boards, shareholders, and executive leadership teams.
✔️Experience supporting fundraising, investor relations, and pre-IPO / IPO readiness initiatives.
✔️Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
✔️Experience in technology, digital, e-commerce, fintech, software, platform businesses, FMCG, retail, or other growth-oriented companies with comparable business complexity.

Preferred
✔️Previous Big 4 experience
✔️Experience in high-growth companies undergoing scaling, transformation, fundraising, or capital market preparation.
