What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of contract specialists providing pre- and post-award acquisition support.
• Ensure all acquisition documentation complies with FAR, DFARS, DHA policies, and agency supplements.
• Provide subject matter expertise on GS-1102 federal procurement practices and business rules.
• Oversee recruitment, staffing, and performance evaluations for contractor personnel.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client and contractor staff.
• Compile and submit monthly performance and operational reports while coordinating with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, law, contracts, or related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of Federal procurement experience (GS-1102 or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of DoD acquisition or contract administration experience.
• Expertise in FAR, DFARS, and DoD acquisition policies.
• Proficiency in ECWM Contract Writing System, PIEE Applications, and IAE.
• Public Trust Clearance is required.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a GS-1102 within DoD or DHA.
• Experience implementing acquisition or contract writing systems.
• Background supporting DHA or defense healthcare programs.
