What you will do

• Oversee programs from planning to completion, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget.
• Coordinate teams, manage timelines, and track progress to align with business objectives.
• Communicate project status and milestones with stakeholders.
• Manage project personnel, including scheduling work and writing proposals or preparing bids.
• Coordinate the ordering and transportation of necessary equipment and materials.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in program or project management.
• 8 years of direct technical experience in design, development, production, installation, or test and evaluation.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD Procurement policies and procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial discipline.
• Strong written and oral communication skills suitable for a management role.
