🌱 Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Close six-figure annual recurring contracts with fintechs, financial institutions, and web3 companies.
2️⃣ Manage a pipeline across the full sales cycle, including prospecting, technical scoping, proposal development, negotiation, and contract close.
3️⃣ Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into concrete product and technical decisions in coordination with customer engineering, compliance, and legal stakeholders.
4️⃣ Provide strategic guidance on compliance architecture decisions including freeze and blacklist designs, KYC/KYB workflows, and AML/CFT screening approaches.
5️⃣ Identify, structure, and manage strategic partnerships that expand Predicate's distribution and product.
6️⃣ Collaborate with Predicate engineering and product teams to relay customer and partner feedback into the roadmap.
7️⃣ Contribute to the development and refinement of Predicate's go-to-market strategy as a senior member of the business team.

🌵 Requirements:
1️⃣ 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally within crypto, fintech, or regulated financial infrastructure.
2️⃣ Demonstrated track record of sourcing and closing complex, technical, enterprise-level agreements.
3️⃣ Excitement to architect solutions with enterprise customers, through the design process until commercials close.
4️⃣ Ability to translate ambiguous regulatory and compliance requirements into clear, actionable guidance for customer teams.
5️⃣ Strong understanding of, or demonstrated ability to quickly acquire knowledge of, blockchain infrastructure and the regulatory landscape governing digital assets.
6️⃣ An existing professional network within crypto, fintech, or financial services.
7️⃣ Ownership, agency and a high bar for quality.
