What you will do

• Define and evolve the editorial voice and storytelling strategy across Learn, The Feed, and social channels.
• Establish editorial standards and build scalable content systems and recurring editorial franchises.
• Lead the editorial organization by recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and retaining talent.
• Manage relationships with freelance writers, contributors, and editorial partners.
• Partner with Creative and Social teams to shape campaign narratives and content pillars.
• Establish editorial governance, approval processes, and strategic content calendars.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in editorial leadership, journalism, publishing, or content strategy.
• Proven experience leading editorial ecosystems across digital media and social channels.
• Deep expertise in cannabis culture, products, and consumer behavior.
• Strong understanding of audience development and content performance.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify required).
