What you will do

• Order and coordinate graphic elements for broadcast
• Oversee the airing of graphic elements in the control room during live programs
• Research and locate required footage for broadcast
• Assist in compiling research for anchors and producers
• Perform fact-checking on scripts
• Develop content for digital platforms and social media

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, NY
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• At least one year of news production experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to work flexible hours under tight deadline pressure

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Avid, MediaCentral, Viz, and iNews
