What you will do

• Provide hands-on technical support for live studio events, executive recordings, and marketing productions.
• Manage the setup, operation, and teardown of studio systems including cameras, audio, lighting, switching, and streaming equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across studio and control room environments, performing break/fix support.
• Maintain equipment inventories, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure IT compliance and firmware updates.
• Update SOPs and documentation regarding equipment configuration and troubleshooting steps.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for executive leaders and stakeholders in high-pressure environments.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in studio operations, broadcast support, or AV engineering.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience supporting live productions or recorded content.
• Working knowledge of studio equipment (cameras, audio, lighting, switching, routing, and streaming).
• Experience with technical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and equipment lifecycle management.
• Strong interpersonal skills with comfort supporting executive-level users.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Los Angeles, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience in hybrid or IP-based production environments.
• Exposure to enterprise IT or security standards related to AV systems.
• Experience supporting client-facing or marketing content production.
