Salary: $49.28 per hour (approx. $102,502 annually).

What you will do

• Lead production systems and workflows to ensure consistency and scalability across hirify.global Studios projects.
• Establish technical standards for acquisition, storage, editing, and delivery.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and production logistics for multiple concurrent projects.
• Oversee archival organization and media asset management.
• Produce, shoot, and edit video content while coordinating with external filmmakers.
• Coordinate with legal and business affairs to ensure compliance and delivery standards.

Requirements

• Must reside in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, Culver City, New York City, or Chicago.
• 3-5 years of video storytelling experience in a studio, network, or newsroom environment.
• Proven experience designing production workflows and managing post-production pipelines.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition).
• Strong understanding of copyright, fair use, and ethical journalism practices.
• Ability to work occasional nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
