Account Manager (Educational Services)

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $70,000 annually + commissions

What you will do

• Proactively generate new business by calling prospective schools and school districts.
• Use traditional and creative methods to reach new points of contact at current clients to maintain staffing services.
• Continuously generate client leads through high-volume calls and emails.
• Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with prospective clients.
• Renegotiate contracts with clients to reach mutually beneficial terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to find successful fulfillment solutions for clients.

Requirements

• Direct relevant experience in Educational Services Staffing is required.
• Proven success in a metrics-driven environment.
• At least 1 year of experience as a top producer in a sales position.
• Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service.
• Must be based in the United States.
