What you will do

• Own the full product creation cycle for new ventures, including discovery, scoping, architecture, build, and launch.
• Translate founder visions and advisor inputs into detailed product specifications and working software.
• Develop AI-first products using agentic coding tools as the primary development method.
• Make critical architecture decisions regarding data models, integrations, and infrastructure.
• Validate product-market fit through prototypes, user testing, and direct customer interviews.
• Ensure production quality through QA, debugging, and system monitoring.

Requirements

• Engineering degree, preferably in Computer Science.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably with a full-stack background.
• 2+ years of experience in a Product Management role owning discovery and delivery.
• AI-native workflow: proficiency in using agentic coding tools for daily development.
• Proven experience working in early-stage startups.
• Professional working English for collaboration with US-based founders and advisors.
• Must be based in Latin America.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a founder or co-founder (CEO, CPO, or CTO).
• Experience taking a product from zero to first paying customers.
• Exposure to value-based or outcome-based business models.
