What you will do

• Identify market opportunities and customer pain points to translate them into valuable product initiatives.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and discovery activities to validate product opportunities.
• Design product journeys, workflows, and interface concepts that enhance usability and customer value.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to accelerate learning and innovation.
• Leverage Artificial Intelligence to create intelligent agents and automation flows.
• Prioritize initiatives and manage the product roadmap based on business objectives and feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner managing B2B software products throughout their lifecycle.
• Experience working with enterprise systems, ERP platforms, or complex business applications.
• Practical knowledge of applied AI technologies, including AI agents and automation workflows.
• Strong ability to design user-centric journeys, experiences, and interfaces.
• Must be based in Brazil (Full-time employment under CLT contract).
• Basic programming knowledge to facilitate collaboration with development teams.

• Experience in innovation labs, startup environments, or product incubation teams.
• Knowledge of administrative, financial, or operational back-office business processes.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern product creation methodologies.
