TL;DR
Senior Cloud Engineer (DevOps/DevSecOps): Building and operating scalable cloud portal workloads across Azure and GCP with an accent on infrastructure as code, secure CI/CD pipelines, and reliability engineering. Focus on implementing DevSecOps practices, automating deployment strategies, and contributing to full-stack application development using AI-first practices.
Location: Must be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina and available to work US Eastern Time hours.
Compensation: $5,000–$5,500 USD monthly

What you will do
- Design and maintain reusable Terraform and Ansible modules for Azure and GCP environments.
- Build and optimize Jenkins and GitHub Actions pipelines for automated CI/CD workflows.
- Implement DevSecOps controls including vulnerability scanning, secret management, and compliance with FedRAMP/ISO standards.
- Operate and secure cloud infrastructure including AKS/GKE, VNets, and Key Vault.
- Contribute to portal application code using modern JS/TS and REST APIs when required.
- Define and tune SLOs and SLIs using monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Platform Engineering.
- Fluent English with the ability to collaborate during US-EST business hours.
- Proven expertise in Azure and GCP architecture, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation.
- Proficiency in scripting with Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Experience with security frameworks such as FedRAMP, FIPS, or CIS Benchmarks.
- Working fluency with AI-first development practices and AI coding assistants.
Nice to have
- Certifications: AZ-104/AZ-400, Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, or CKA/CKAD.
- Prior experience working in regulated environments like healthcare or BFSI.
