What you will do

• Lead study start-up activities by reviewing requirements and developing project plans and documentation.
• Define and manage project timelines, milestones, staffing needs, and constraints.
• Provide regular project status updates to leadership and sponsor representatives.
• Handle financial management, including monthly billing, forecasting, and contract amendments.
• Ensure strict compliance with SOPs and partner with Quality Assurance on deviation documentation.
• Oversee project close-out activities and coordinate final deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related healthcare field.
• 1–3 years of clinical trials experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical research organization.
• Previous project management or leadership experience in the clinical development of medications.
• Working knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Project.
• Must be based in Costa Rica or the United States.
