What you will do

• Drive and manage new customer implementations from start to finish, including guidance through data requirements, platform configuration, and administrator training.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers deploying hirify.global or expanding to additional functionality.
• Interact daily with government leaders to guide implementation progress and enable successful administration of the platform.
• Analyze customer pain points and partner with cross-functional teams to simplify, enhance, and automate workflows.
• Develop expertise in governmental processes across multiple states and apply best practices to improve future implementation efficiency.
• Support product discussions by collecting and communicating customer feedback and feature requests.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software implementation consulting or transferable experience working with external clients.
• Experience analyzing and reporting large volumes of financial and operational data, plus familiarity with government operational concepts and practices.
• Ability to provide clear phone support, assistance, and recommendations to customers.
• Strong skills in conceptualization of patterns, modeling, and design.
• Strong Excel skills (functions/formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, error checking, and report creation); ETL tools, ETL report creation, macros, and Visual Basic are not required but highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication, teamwork, and customer service.
