What you will do

• Design and deploy AI solutions using ML, LLMs, and agentic workflows to solve complex business problems.
• Define upfront evaluation strategies, including success metrics, error analysis, and production monitoring.
• Build and optimize LLM-based systems through prompt engineering, RAG, and context engineering.
• Implement reliable data, retrieval, and orchestration layers with a focus on observability and governance.
• Apply MLOps and LLMOps practices to ensure continuous improvement and system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize use cases and align on operational requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Applied Modeling, or Data Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience building LLM-based applications, including at least 1 year with agentic AI systems.
• Advanced Python skills and a proven track record of taking AI solutions from prototype to production.
• Experience defining evaluation strategies and operating AI systems in production environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with vector and graph databases.
• Experience designing reusable AI platforms or shared services.
• Background in cloud-native AI deployment and distributed systems.
• Model fine-tuning experience.
