What you will do

• Serve as the North America AI subject matter expert for Freshservice, driving AI revenue growth and customer outcomes.
• Lead AI advisory engagements, including executive workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic planning.
• Partner with sales teams to identify, qualify, and execute AI opportunities across new and existing business.
• Define and prioritize high-value AI use cases across ITSM, ITOM, and enterprise workflows.
• Deliver compelling demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements showcasing AI agents and automation.
• Develop scalable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices for positioning and selling AI solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solution Consulting, or Technical Advisory roles.
• Deep understanding of AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and automation technologies.
• Proven track record of driving business value through transformational technologies.
• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or Enterprise Service Management.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
