What you will do

• Architect and design large-scale wireless ecosystems including Wi-Fi 6/6E and LTE.
• Lead professional RF site surveys and remediate interference in complex industrial zones.
• Support high-availability networks for specialized OT such as AGVs and IoT sensor arrays.
• Develop automation frameworks using Python and REST APIs to move toward Network-as-Code standards.
• Act as the final technical escalation point for challenging RF and connectivity incidents.
• Collaborate on strategic technology investments, budget forecasting, and vendor management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, or Telecommunications.
• Minimum of seven years in enterprise-scale wireless network architecture and design.
• Proven experience conducting professional RF site surveys using tools like Ekahau, iBwave, or AirMagnet.
• Strong grasp of TCP/IP, BGP/OSPF, VLANs, and QoS.
• Experience managing enterprise-grade switching and routing infrastructure.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Professional-level certifications such as CCNP Enterprise/Wireless.
• Proficiency in Git-based version control for network configurations.
• Experience aligning wireless standards with manufacturing/OT uptime requirements.
