What you will do

• Provide technical support and development for high-speed connectivity solutions up to 800Gbps and beyond.
• Design and develop firmware and SDKs for high-speed PHY transceivers.
• Assist with implementation and validation of drivers and protocols for high-speed transceivers, including security and clock synchronization (PTP, SyncE).
• Perform hands-on system bring-up and debugging of transceiver technology built on a 5nm process node.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues using replication and root-cause analysis, supporting customers with remote and on-site assistance.
• Collaborate on device-level and system-level testing, review hardware schematics, and support customer adoption with technical expertise and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of experience, or Master’s/PhD with 2+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python, with experience working with APIs.
• Experience in Systems, Validation, Embedded, or Applications Engineering, preferably with high-speed semiconductor devices.
• Working knowledge of device driver development principles and methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to hardware and software debugging.
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment (high-speed oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic/protocol analyzers, traffic generators) and ability to travel to customer sites as required (up to 10%).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of complex mixed-signal integrated circuits, SerDes architectures, or high-speed interface protocols/standards.
