What you will do

• Develop and integrate robotics algorithms for perception, state estimation, planning, and control.
• Integrate multi-sensor outputs including camera, LiDAR, radar, and IMU into decision-making stacks.
• Implement and tune algorithms for localization, mapping, sensor fusion, and trajectory optimization.
• Deploy and optimize robotics software on embedded and edge compute platforms.
• Debug system-level autonomy issues spanning sensors, algorithms, and software interactions.
• Support the integration of autonomy stacks into real robots for testing and customer use.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in robotics algorithms, autonomy, or robotics software engineering.
• Strong foundation in state estimation, sensor fusion, motion planning, control, localization, and mapping.
• Strong software engineering skills in C++ and/or Python.
• Experience deploying robotics algorithms on real robotic platforms.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with ROS / ROS 2 and modern robotics middleware.
• Experience with learning-based robotics, reinforcement learning, or imitation learning.
• Familiarity with simulation tools such as Gazebo or Isaac Sim.
• Experience across multiple robot morphologies including mobile, manipulation, or legged systems.
