Robotics / Physical AI Engineer

What you will do

• Develop physical AI and humanoid robotics solutions with a client R&D team.
• Design, simulate, and develop robotic behaviors and skills using NVIDIA Isaac Sim and the Isaac ecosystem.
• Build robotics software with ROS2, Python, and C++ for motion, manipulation, control, perception, and interaction.
• Build libraries of trained robotic skills that can be simulated, validated, and deployed to physical humanoid robots.
• Integrate simulation environments with robotic systems, sensors, hardware, NVIDIA Jetson Orin, and other edge platforms.
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineers on experimentation, troubleshooting, technical architecture, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in robotics, computer science, computer engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in robotics software engineering, robotics research, or physical AI.
• Strong hands-on experience with NVIDIA Isaac Sim or the Isaac ecosystem.
• Strong experience with ROS2 and programming in Python and/or C++.
• Experience with humanoid robots, mobile robots, robotic arms, manipulation systems, or robotic motion and control.
• Good English communication skills and willingness to work onsite in Bangkok when required.

Nice to have

• Reinforcement learning for robotics and sim-to-real deployment experience.
• Experience with humanoid robotics, advanced manipulation, or reusable robotic skill libraries.
• Experience with NVIDIA Jetson Orin, NVIDIA robotics technologies, or GPU-accelerated workloads.
• Experience with computer vision, robotic perception, sensors, actuators, and hardware/software integration.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure for robotics simulation and training, autonomous systems, or robotics R&D.
