What you will do

• Execute social-first brand strategies across key social and digital platforms.
• Monitor social trends, cultural conversations, and creator activity to identify brand opportunities.
• Produce social-first content for organic and paid campaigns and manage content calendars.
• Coordinate influencer and creator programs, including research, outreach, and briefing.
• Track and report on social KPIs such as engagement, reach, and sentiment to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Toy, Franchise, Studio) and regional teams for global localization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, social media, digital marketing, or influencer marketing.
• Strong proficiency with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging channels.
• Experience executing social media campaigns and managing creator/influencer programs.
• Understanding of social media metrics, analytics, and performance reporting.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from East Aurora, New York
