What you will do

• Lead daily community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Reddit.
• Develop and execute platform-specific strategies to drive audience growth and brand advocacy.
• Partner cross-functionally to activate community engagement around product launches and cultural events.
• Monitor community sentiment and trends to provide actionable insights to Marketing and Product teams.
• Establish feedback loops to elevate member perspectives and product feedback.
• Analyze community health metrics to optimize engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of executing community strategies across multiple social platforms.
• Strong proficiency in social listening and analytics tools like Sprinklr or PLOT.
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt brand voice.
• Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to leveraging AI tools for day-to-day tasks while maintaining high quality standards.
