Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany (Hybrid: 60% office, 40% home).

Salary: €120,200–€180,400 EUR

What you will do

  • Define and execute the product strategy for customer lifecycle, Martech, identity, and personalization.
  • Build scalable lifecycle communication and customer engagement capabilities across multiple channels.
  • Lead the product direction for CIAM, registration, login, and progressive profiling.
  • Translate complex business priorities into scalable product capabilities rather than operational workarounds.
  • Coach and develop a team of Product Managers to drive outcome-oriented roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Tech, and Data teams to ensure alignment and business impact.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in Product Management with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in Martech ecosystems, personalization, CIAM, and customer data platforms (CDP).
  • Proven track record in building scalable, platform-based product solutions in data-rich environments.
  • Strong ability to define product strategy and translate business goals into technical capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of analytics, experimentation, and data governance, including GDPR.
  • Must be based in Munich or able to work in a hybrid model with 60% office attendance.
