What you will do
- Identify and redesign inefficient or repetitive operational workflows across various European markets.
- Analyze and optimize workflows related to contract management, payment processing, and financed/leased vehicles.
- Drive the implementation of automation and AI-driven solutions to improve scalability and customer experience.
- Translate operational pain points into structured improvement initiatives, business cases, and implementation plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Purchasing, and Business Analytics teams.
- Coordinate projects end-to-end from initial process analysis to final impact measurement.
Requirements
- Experience in Operations, Project Management, Process Excellence, Consulting, or fast-paced scale-up environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work closely with local teams across multiple European markets to create scalable solutions.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- SQL knowledge and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Fluent English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Interest or experience in automation, AI applications, and operational tooling.
- Proficiency in additional European languages.
