What you will do

  • Identify and redesign inefficient or repetitive operational workflows across various European markets.
  • Analyze and optimize workflows related to contract management, payment processing, and financed/leased vehicles.
  • Drive the implementation of automation and AI-driven solutions to improve scalability and customer experience.
  • Translate operational pain points into structured improvement initiatives, business cases, and implementation plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Purchasing, and Business Analytics teams.
  • Coordinate projects end-to-end from initial process analysis to final impact measurement.

Requirements

  • Experience in Operations, Project Management, Process Excellence, Consulting, or fast-paced scale-up environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work closely with local teams across multiple European markets to create scalable solutions.
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • SQL knowledge and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Interest or experience in automation, AI applications, and operational tooling.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages.
