What you will do

• Manage tactical plans for hardware/software simulation, including electrical hardware BOM development and requirements linking.
• Develop and optimize strategies for simulation workflows to improve integration.
• Create visual reports and communicate program status to various levels of leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with systems engineering, math design, and electrical engineering teams.
• Lead and direct the work of others to accomplish project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product development, systems engineering, or HW/SW connectivity.
• Proven track record in project management using Jira and Power BI.
• Technical knowledge of GVHE components and vehicle-level integration.
• No immigration sponsorship provided (H1-B, OPT, etc. not accepted).
